Why should Landlords use an Independent Lettings Agency vs a High Street Agency?
Landlords in London have a wide range of options when it comes to finding an agent to help them with their lettings and property management. While many landlords may be tempted to go with a high street agent, there are several reasons why an independent agent like Your Home Managed may be a better choice.

High Street agents often charge higher fees for their services than independent agents. Independent agents are more likely to have the latest technology and be up-to-date with trends in the industry.
