These Terms are separate from any Terms of Business or tenancy agreement you may enter into with Your Home Managed Ltd in connection with our letting and property management services. Those services are governed by their own contractual documents, which you will be provided with at the relevant time.

Your Home Managed Ltd is a member of UKALA, UKALA Client Money Protection, the NRLA, the Property Redress Scheme, and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. We are registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) for deposit handling.
2. Definitions

"Property Listing" means information about a property advertised on the Website or via our property portal partners.

We take care to ensure that property listings are accurate and that we comply with our obligations under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations as in force, and any guidance applicable to material information disclosure.
However, property listings:
Are provided in good faith based on information from the landlord or other source
Do not constitute an offer, contract, or part of a contract
May not include every detail that is relevant to your decision — please contact us if you require additional material information before viewing or making an offer
Are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time
Photographs, floor plans, and measurements are indicative only. EPC ratings are correct at the time of preparation. Council tax bands are taken from the Valuation Office Agency.
5. Enquiries and offers
Submitting an enquiry or offer via the Website does not create a binding contract or a tenancy. A tenancy is only created once a tenancy agreement has been signed by all parties and any holding deposit has been credited in accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, except that consumers may also bring claims in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which they reside.
