Agree on an offer that you are happy with, agreeing on a rent price, tenancy length, and terms of tenancy.
Complete a comprehensive reference for each tenant (using a 3rd party referencing company), which includes employment references, landlord references, and credit checks.
Draft and sign a tenancy agreement you are happy with.
Collect the first month’s rent and tenants’ deposit.
Provide tenants with relevant move-in documents and payment information for future rental payments.
Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices, such as certificates or extra services (e.g. repairs, cleaning, inventory report).
Provide tenants with utility information including council tax to ensure all bills are paid on time.
Upon check-out, we request proof of payment for all utilities.
